Tomorrow, on the 24th October at 11 AM, Mrs. Zhanat Berdalina, a well-known expert in the field of audit, taxation and management consulting will present a book - "The Burden of Fear". The plot of the novel is based on real events and tells about the disasters, trials and sufferings that befell the Kazakh people during the hard times. The story of the main character of the novel reflects the history of many thousands of Kazakhstanis who suffered from hunger and repression and is of interest to those who care about our history and our future. Kolan Amanov (1932-2019) is a well-known financier, Honored Economist of Kazakhstan. He was a member of the Union of Writers and the Union of Journalists of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the author of four fiction books, numerous essays and short stories. Several copies of the book will be gifted to KIMEP Library and will be available to a wider audience soon.
