DESCRIPTION:“Almaty Marathon” 2024 is the largest running competition in Central Asia\, a city sports festival with a main distance of 42.2 km.\nVenue: Republic Square\, Stapayev Street \nDate: September 29\, 2024 \nDistances: 42.2 km\, 21.1-km\, 10 km\, 10-km Nordic Walking\, Ekiden Team Relay. \nMarathon will take place on September 29\, 2024. KIMEP University has paid for the participation of 50 people\, the distance is 10 km. Free spots for KIMEP students are out\, so if you would like to particpate visit Almaty Marathon website to buy tickets. Registration for matathon will be closed on September 16\, 2024 or when the number of participants will reach 15\,600 people\, including 100 Ekiden teams. \nEntry Fee: \n42.2 km – 12\,500 KZT \n21.1 km – 12\,000 KZT \nphoto provided by Almaty Marathon 2024 website\n10 km – 12\,000 KZT \n10-km Nordic Walking – 10\,000 KZT \nEkiden (6 members in a team) – 216\,000 KZT. At least one female member is mandatory for a team to participate in the Ekiden Team Relay. \nMore information provided on the Almaty Marathon 2024 website.
