Prologue to Act I
Once again, the sun rises over the boundless steppe. Slowly, warriors long fallen in battle resurrect from the dust. What stories will the great steppe tell us? What secrets does it remember and guard?
Act I
In a brutal and bloody battle, yet another people are defeated by the Great Conqueror, Genghis Khan. His beloved son, Jochi, is fearless, cunning, and the most skillful warrior. He is always the first in every bloody battle. And in this battle, Jochi Khan has pleased his father, the Great Conqueror, Genghis Khan! As a reward, Genghis Khan gives Jochi his sword. All praise the Great Conqueror of Nations, Genghis Khan!
