There’s a reason our logo doesn’t appear on this paper — the only place you’ll see it is this story. As far as logos go, ours is not very good.

I would know, I created it.

I tried to make something about journalism and KIMEP. I wanted the gear to symbolize work or something. This outlet deserves better.

That is why the KIMEP Voice is offering 100,000 Tenga for the best designed logo.

So all of you computer graphics people, illustrators, artists, marketing gurus and the like, take a little time and see what you can create.

This logo will become an integral part of the KIMEP Voice’s brand and will be used to watermark videos, and featured on future merch.

Rules include:
Must be a current student at KIMEP.
Must be submitted to kimepvoice@kimep.kz no later than midnight, Tuesday, Oct. 15.
Should include at least some of KIMEP’s colors.
Should emphasize journalism in some way.
Must use only copyright free images.
All submissions may be printed in future issues.
